pvm javazon, what shield?

ok, so i have been looking around for what equipment fits the best for my javazon

now there were a few that i was thinking about

first of all(what im currently using)

(upped) mosers with dual Pdia

however this doesnt give many other mods its cheap and usefull

second i found "sanctuary" runeword

made in troll nest ofc

comparable to mosers, but the FBR and CTB are lower.

it gives 50-70@, so i might have to remake it once or maybe even twice

but the better thing is that it gives dex, FHR, MDR and better def(not that it is really usefull, but looks nicer)

now third i was thinking about "spirit" monarch

this shield havent got and ICB, neither FBR, and it would take 270 points in dex to get max block.

although that might not be worth it, because it hasent got FBR

also "spirit" have got lower ress and no fire ress at all

the 156 str req probably aint the problem, because i was planning to use ariocs needle whem i encounter LIs

now the + side of the spirit

it has got +2 all skills, whitch boosts my lightning dmg

it has also got +55% FHR, +-100 mana, so i dont run out of mana to fast. and +22 vita, whitch makes the loss of dex a bit less awfull

could anyone please help me what shield, max block or not(spirit), etc.

if there's another good shield i would like to hear|||Spirit monarch for vita zon and sancturary troll nest for max block zon.|||Lidless Wall is good. +1 to all skills, 3-5 mana per kill, and its cheap.|||If its Softcore, then offensive (Spirit) all the way. You might wanna look at Lidless also. SOx it with a Tir for more Maek, or a IAS/Maek jewel makes it a very nice option.
