Amazon God of Fire

I had been reading in the battlemaid guide about an amazon that uses trangs parts, phoenix shield, and wiz spike. Does anyone know what kind of skills this type of zon would use?|||First, it's a very strange and probably weak build. So be warned.

The skills this amazon would use are the same as the battlemaid guide suggests. If I remember correct, the battlemaid guide is focused around zeal as an attack skills and combines zeal with strong tanking abilities through the passives.

Your suggestion has the same focus on taking abilities through the passives - so that's high valk and decoy, and points in dodge, evade avoid* - though it uses the fire skills from trangs as the attack part rather then zeal - this means btw that you don't want points in critical strike and penetrate.



*:maxing these out is good for 102 points. however, diminishin return hit hard with skills like d/e/a. So you may want to consider getting a second attack from somekind to counter fire immune monsters.|||I cannot imagine how much this build would suck, though, with only L18 FB/L13 FW without +3 Fire Mastery (full set, which Zons cannot complete)

You'll be doing a couple hundred fire damage, even with lots of +skills and facets and Phoenix. Other than kicks and giggles, why would you do this when zons have Exploding Arrow, which will do exactly the same as FB but to much better effect? And, honestly, you'll do more elemental damage with Harmony and 1-pt Strafe than you ever can with Trangs' Fireball/wall....hell, Kuko and a couple +fire damage SCs will do more than that would with just regular Attack.

edit: oh and dont forget Zons have the worst base cast rate of any class...|||Thanks for the info|||BTW, is there a good fire build out there for a zon?|||not really, fire is rather underpowered compared to ice since Immo Arrow is timered and doesnt freeze targets...check the stickies for Magezon (Fire+Cold arrows) or just build a Frostmaiden or Fishyzon, but instead of FA, pump Exploding Arrow.|||Just entered act5 nm with my magezon and it's has been easy going so far.

I have fire arrow and exploding maxed and using them as main for now. In the process of maxing Frozen arrow and cold arrow. 1pt in prereqs, crit, penetrate, pierce, dodge, evade but not avoid.
