ISO jab zon build

looking for a JAB zon build/guide. even suggestions/tips. stats are pretty simple. basically just need ideas on stats & items. so far thinking:

helm - COA or rare circlet w/ nice mods

armor - coh? fort? 160/60?

belt - dungos

weapon - eth upd titans

shield - ss

boots - gores

gloves - draculs?

ammy - highlords? cats eye?

invetory torch/anni. dunno if i should go with max/ar/life charms or java skillers or passive skillers.

thx 4 any input/help|||May I ask why you're looking to concentrate on jab... pure fun of the challenge? Because of its single target mechanics to me jab is nothing more than a backup attack for immunes and possibly a way to uber if you have enough IAS, CB and DR...

Only thing that stands outm to me with the gear you posted is lack of IAS, you'd need more than just the 20 from ammy to reach a decent poking speed. I think Highlord's would be preferable, but any 20ias gloves (LoH?) would probably be better than dracs--unless you socket IAS jools in the COA.|||eth upd titans... they replenish i know but do they repair aswell? I dont think so... you might want to consider to use perfect non eths tbh otherwise it will be a very expensive deal...

edit: btw i wouldnt go for titans anyways... they are throwing sticks not jabbing sticks... i would go for some nice crafted ones or demon arches... because of the IAS on it and the elemental damage they also deal!|||Titans have replenish quabitity not durability. Just looking for gear to help me best succeed|||Eth titans replenish effect Melee and ranged as a ive played a jabber for bloody ages with the same eth upped titans. Take a look at titans there is no durability just quantity. When you jab you will lose 1 Quantity after around 5 or 6 casts of level 20 jab which will then be replenished.

ammy - Cats eye to be honest as you just want the IAS and deadly strike isnt as effective since you will have 70% critical from skills.

PVM or PVP.

Crown of ages 15 dr 40/15s x 2 for 80ED and 30 ias

Fortitude

Eth Upped titans

Stormshield 40/15

Now D/E/A all have a bug where if your interrupted while jabbing then the further attacks from jab will all miss and this can be deadly to your well being. I'm sure this has not been fixed and until then its not worth it .

I have personally used both of these and had alot of success in PVM and limited PvP success. I won alot of non exile duels to zealers but limited success against other duelers. If the bug was fixed the build would be alot better.

they do have durability (hidden) and jabbing will wear it down (you lose a quantity), but then as you've said it will replenish.|||Effectively meaning that quantity is durability for thrown weapons.|||Interesting that it was pointed out but Titans will replenish faster than it will wear down, not to worry. Demon Arch is another good mention but I'm not sure it would outdo up eth tits. Could even try ghost glaive, which is also eth and replenished.|||Titans has more to it in the way of stats, Decent physical damage 30 Faster run walk and Nice leech. This item is virtually irreplaceable the only choices are non eth titans or eth titans with nothing else really filled the gaps that Titans can fill.|||Quote:

I tried demon arches, and they did not perform better than an eth up'd titans. Don't be fooled by it's 30% ias, it's actually slower when you want to reach higher frames.

The fire dmg might be useful for souls, where your usual vs PI tactic using Fury/Bolt won't work, but that's all.
