Strafezon running nihlatak?

I have decided to run nihlatak for keys. I have never bothered with that before. Since my gallery of characters is pretty limited so far (bone necro, blizzsorc, failbarb and strafezon) and i don't intend to create any new ones soon. Im wondering if a strafer could do nihlatak without to much problems. Im using a windforce. The rest of my gear is just untill i get something better. Would it work?

First, almost any teleporting character will be faster. So you are at a disadvantage there.

Second, bowazon are very gear orientated, and seen the fact that your gear isn't all that great, making sacrifices to accommodate with the specific problems will be hard.

Third, as far as I understand nihlatak runs, they are already about not taking to much damage. A bowazon isn't good that this. They are good at not taking damage, though when they take damage, they aren't all that great.

I don't think bowazons are a good choice.

Which however doesn't mean you can't make it work for you.|||there are two huge obstacles for a bowazon before you even get to nihlatak, charging monsters and physical immunes. then you have nilthwack's CE to contend with when you get to him. since you're a bowazon, you'll have to take every monster in his group out and when the first body hits the ground, you'll have to deal with the damage from CE.

i think you should make your failbarb into a zerkbarb. they can easily run him without teleport. nase is right that teleport would be faster, but with leap and howl a barb can run down there about as fast as a character can without teleport. i cant think of another build that could do as well without tele unless it was a sin using dflight to get past blocked passages.

i think it's possible to run using a bowazon, but you wont be doing it very fast since you'll probably want to clear on the way down to be safe. how many slow runs would you do without finding keys before you got frustrated? if you could do 10 failed runs that take 10 minutes each and not be peeved off, go for it.|||Yeah. You two seem to be pretty right. Made a try earlier today. Wasnt easy. So I will probably come up with some other way to get thoose keys|||respec blizz sorc to cl/fo...you'll be able to run all the targets you do with blizz, plus you can keyrun. You'll trade a little offensive efficiency vs non-CI mobs for more versatility.
