Equipment to reach max IAS

I have a windforce and I need help on what to wear in order to reach the highest IAS I can get. So far this is what I plan to get

Weapon: Windforce + shael

Helm: Andariels Visage + 15% jewel

Armor: Chains of Honor

Glove: Laying of Hands

Belt: Razortail

Boot: War Travelers

Ring 1: Raven Frost

Ring 2: Soj

Amulet: Highlord's Wrath

Please tell me what I could replace.|||If you really want to max out speed, you'll need to swap out most of your gear. The fastest ias gear is as follows.

Helm:M'avina's w/15 ias jewel=45

Armor:Treachery=45

Belt:Nos. Coil or Goldwrap=10

Gloves and Boots:IK(gives gloves 25 with second set item and there are no ias boots)

Ammy:Cat's Eye or Highlord's=20

Rings:any(no ias rings)

Total w/Shaeled Windforce:185% ias.I'd say that'll make for a quick attack.|||There are certain breakpoints for ias. You plan to use multi or strafe for main attack? Act2 merc?

Mariachi listed almost all items. You can still replace these for little more ias.

Sigon Boots+Gloves gives 30 ias

Armor with 4x 15 jools gives 60 ias.

Multi as my main skill & freezing arrow as secondary and holy freeze merc

Breakpoints for multi (and FA) with Windforce are.

60 ias for 10 frame per attack (fpa)

90 ias for 9 fpa (maybe this is best speed, so you can use +skills items)

150 ias for 8 fpa

295 ias for 7 fpa (you can't reach this)

Might merc could be better, as you already freeze them. Better mana leech that way too.

And avoid maxing multi, as after ~24 skill levels you don't get any more arrows, just more mana cost.

Ring 1: Raven Frost

Ring 2: Soj

Ring 2: Raven Frost too. That cold damage from raven is added to FA, so it gives almost as much as Soj. In addition it gives more freezing time and more ar.|||Multi as my main skill & freezing arrow as secondary and holy freeze merc|||Reaching the highest BP is impractical; you sacrifice more DPS to reach the highest breakpoints than if you shot slower, but stronger.

If you use a Faith merc (13+ Fanat), you can hit 7FPA at 95% IAS (Shael WF, LoH, IAS Andys). If you use a Might merc, you can hit 9FPA at 89% IAS (same setup except IAS/XXX jewel in the WF)

There's plenty of guides in the stickies about maxing your DPS with a WF zon. You'll want to use Fort over CoH, for one.|||I just realized I'll be needing some mana leech so can anyone think of an item that gives mana leech + IAS?|||WF has mana leech...why do you need more?|||cause I'm thinking of replacing WF for faith|||Ruiko the gear changes a little. Helms have mana leech, one the magic find casque forget the name atm (fugly) has 10ias with dual leech. Coronets/circlets/diadems- rares spawn with useful stats and leech life and mana, and easy to socket for a jewel.

Highlord's Wrath amulet, many like this alot, I think the deadly strike works for all arrows with the multishot skill. Perhaps someone can confirm. I am not sure. Edit apologies you are using this one already, poor reading on my part.

Another option is to look at rare or crafted ias gloves. The 3% mana leech may seem a little low. It can work fine with any faith level aura. The blue ball does not fill as fast as 6% like a dual leech ring. If you hunt in areas that spawn undead, ghosts, gloams then 3% mana leech is a bit harsh.

I am sure some others can give you many more viable options.|||Your second ring is 99% probably where you're going to get ML in your build. Anywhere else is sacrificing something too important, or relying on an extremely hard-to-find item like a rare with 20IAS/ML/+2 Bow Skills

Gorefoot boots also offer a small amount of mana leech, and your boots are probably the second least locked-in gear slot after rings.
