Griffons Vs Valk

[:1]Ive recently remade a PvP LF Java and was wondering if it would be better to use Griffons with 15/15 ias/res jewel or Valk with 15/15.

Valk:

2 to Amazon Skills

20% FRW

20% FHR

15% IAS

+15 all res

200% Enhanced Defense

VS

Griffons:

1 to all skills

25% FCR

-20% ELR

+15% LSD

15% IAS

+15 all res

200 Defense

So for pvp which would be the most viable? Let me know if I should add other gear info/inventory if you need more info.|||If you're using Enigma, 100% definitely go with Griffon's. If not, I'm not sure what the "ideal" helm is for a non-tele Java, but I'd most likely still opt for Griffon's over the Valk.|||is fcr useful for a zon and if so is it more so than frw and fhr|||Fcr is important if you're using teleport from enigma. Griffon's is better for the boost in damage and lightning pierce.
