I am building a mavinazon to be (clvl 32 atm), and am looking for some nice leeching gear (sp/nonRWM user).
Anyway, I have been looking through my stashes, and I found only +1 +2 ama skills on rares, and not a single rare circlet that provides boost to skilltree (ofc I am interested in bow/xbow tree).
can any1 help me clarify this, was I just damn unlucky in all these years of hoarding d2 items (and I have A LOT of years behind me), or isit something else ?

check here, only passive skill tree can spawn on circlets. maybe it was able to spawn before, i dont remember|||damnit, I knew I've seen something about ama skills somewhere long time ago.
